Harmonic is a component in a complex tone whose frequency is a multiple of the fundamental frequency.

Hybrid Analog Pusatile Stimulation (HAP) Conceptually, HAP combines the SAS and CIS approaches to sound coding. For example, digitized analog waveforms can be sent to the more apical electrode positions simultaneously, while pulsatile waveforms can be delivered in rapid sequence to the more basal electrode positions. In HAP, waveform-to-electrode assignments are under the programmer’s control.
