Harmony, the new innovative system from Advanced Bionics will be officially available to the NHS from the 1st April 2007.

In conjunction with the new HiRes 120 speech processing strategy, the paediatric and adult friendly behind-the-ear sound processor has been undergoing clinical trials in the UK and Europe. We are pleased to announce that the first results are proving to be very pleasing.

 The benefits expected from the Harmony are:

1. Enhanced sound and music perception provided by the new front-end and HiRes 120
2. Improved power management offered by the new platform and second generation PowerPak
3. Improved access to battery powered assistive listening devices
4. Reassurance for parents and educators from the built-in visual diagnostic indicator
